Love my Hug Rug bath mats!

I was looking for some new bathroom mats and heard good things about Hug Rug. Ordered a couple of the Cotton Blend Bath Mats and they arrived quickly. The quality is fantastic, really soft underfoot, and they dont slip on my tiled floor which is great. I was a bit worried about them with our underfloor heating but they are absolutely fine, no issues at all. Just wish I'd found a code that stacked with the outlet items, but thats how it goes!

Good value for a pet mat

I needed a durable pet mat that wouldn't break the bank. Found a good deal on their website for a large one. The mat seems really tough and so far it's holding up to my dog's mess. Delivery was free since I spent over the threshold. Felt like a good bang for my buck.

Love my new kitchen rug!

I just received my new kitchen rug and it's perfect! The color is even better in person, and it feels so soft underfoot. It really brightens up the space! Shipping was super fast and it was packaged nicely. I'm telling all my friends about these rugs, they are fantastic!

Nice doormat, quick delivery

Got the charcoal doormat and it's pretty good. Really sucks up the dirt. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. Easy peasy to order too.

Consistent quality, always reliable

This was my third purchase from Hugrug, this time a 'slate grey runner' for the hallway. I keep coming back because their quality is consistently good. My first purchase, a 'plain doormat', is still going strong after two years and countless washes. This new runner is just as well-made and the color is exactly as pictured online. Delivery was on time, as it always has been for me. I appreciate that they maintain their standards; it makes shopping here a no-brainer when I need a new mat or rug. You know what you're getting, and it's always good.

Good quality, eco-friendly rug

I ordered a geometric patterned rug for my hallway. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Delivery took about five business days, which felt reasonable for a UK company shipping to the US. The rug itself seems very well-made and durable, and I appreciate that it's made from recycled materials. It lays flat nicely and the non-slip backing works well on my hardwood floors. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but overall it was a positive experience.

Solid mat, minor shipping hiccup

I bought one of their original cotton doormats, and it's definitely doing its job well by the back door. The quality is good for the price, and I like that it's washable. Delivery was within the stated timeframe, though the box arrived a little dinged up on one corner, nothing that affected the mat inside. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about washing instructions before I bought it. It's a good product, just wish shipping packaging was a touch more robust.

Great mat, quick delivery

Bought a 'sage green doormat'. It came fast. Works well for muddy shoes. Will buy again.

Good quality, delivery could be faster

I bought a 'charcoal doormat' and it seems very durable. It really does grab a lot of mud, which is great for our entryway. The machine washability is a huge plus, very convenient. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about a week, even though the tracking said it would be quicker. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's performance and value for money, but next time I'll order with more lead time.

Reliable mats, always come back

This is my third purchase from Hug Rug, this time a slate grey runner. Like my previous orders, it's consistent in quality and totally machine washable without falling apart. The delivery was as expected, no surprises. I keep coming back because their mud grabber mats really do work, and they last ages. Good stuff.
